Great bikes for the price. When buying bicycles in bulk, make sure you pick the right manufacturer. Our bikes are proven as rentals all over the world, and make your client look great in the process without being too pricey. Take a look at some of the many businesses that trust our equipment. Many of these are large companies who do tons of research, buy one bike to test it out, then purchase in quantity so very good examples of types of people using the bikes.
WHOLESALE PRICES – SHIPPING INCLUDED
We sell wholesale from 10 to 500 bikes or more. All pricing is available to see right on the product page for each bike. Prices are clearly marked by quantity ordered, all the way up to 100. Click on any bike, scroll down and you will see pricing based on number of bikes ordered up to quantities of 120+ bikes. If you are ordering more than that a good rule of thumb is to take an additional $10 per bike discount for every 100 depending on model. There are only a limited number of bikes in the country, so discounts for very large orders depend on whether you are willing to wait for them to be manufactured, or need to have them taken out of higher priced retail circulation.

CONSIDERATIONS WHEN CHOOSING BIKES

Sizes and Colors
Choose your frame size mix based on your projected riders 20″ (5 to 9 yrs old), 24″ (tweens, shorter, or older riders), and 26″ (fits most riders). We have bikes available in unisex and men’s, and the different sizes single speed (20″, 24″, 26″), and three speed (24″, 26″).
Suggested mix for a rental program is either all unisex or mix of unisex and men’s if you will have lots of very tall riders or mostly men.
You can mix sizes and colors; some adult, some youth, all the same bike model just sized for the appropriate age. (we can help you pick). Colored rims are available on some of the 26″ and are typically $10-15 extra per bike depending on current inventory, sometimes a bit more.
Our most popular rental/loaner in our inventory is the single speed or 3 speed, both w/ coaster brake. Make sure to mix in 3 speed bikes if you are in a hilly area, if people will be taking long rides, or importantly if you have inexperienced or less fit riders.
Good to keep some retail units on hand, fully assembled to sell. Any bike on our website can be shipped in bulk as low as 10 units, or used to create a custom package. Prices are best starting at 15 units since they can then be put on a trucking pallet which costs less than Fedex Ground service.
CONSIDERATIONS WHEN CHOOSING ACCESSORIES

We suggest helmets, locks, quick release seat post adjusters, and water cages as a bare minimum for all bikes.
Accommodating children is a definite revenue booster so consider at least one child seat, one trailer, and one tug-a-bug as a bare minimum.
Rider Convenience and Safety
Baskets w/a handle and quick release mounting are nice addition to have on hand for riders to carry jackets, food, and other supplies while on their ride. Bells are a good safety feature for the inexperienced rider passing pedestrians and other riders on walkways, sidewalks, and greenways.
A few inexpensive maintenance items will save you a lot of money and running around and include a bike repair stand, a small tool set, and a few replacement parts.
HOW THE PURCHASE PROCESS WORKS

Be sure to choose colors; first and second choice for bike, helmet, basket, or other accessories.
We’ll check stock and confirm or suggest changes.
Payment Invoice is created.
You review, initial each page, initial any additional required areas, sign, scan, and email back as an attachment.
Stock is held for 24 hours upon receipt of paperwork, pending receipt of your payment.
For invoices 5K or less you can use a credit card (with 3% fee) and will be given a private secure payment link and checkout cart.
Credit cards clear in 24 hours.
For larger invoices you will be given wire transfer instructions, or check mailing instructions.
Wire transfers clear in 24 hours, cashiers checks 3 business days, corporate checks 10 business days.
There are no cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or returns for quantity orders, no exceptions, outside of warranty related damages.
Bikes and accessories are prepared for shipment when payment clears and then typically ship within 48 hours, or are held if you prefer.
Shipping for bikes is overland pallet freight and is approximately 8-10 business days; although shipping company will not guarantee that.
Bikes can be shipped faster but cost if frequently prohibitive, and runs from $50-100 per bike UPS Ground do to oversize packaging.
Shipping for accessories is UPS or FedEx Ground and is usually 5 business days or less.
You have 3 days upon receipt of merchandise to examine for warranty related damages.
No exceptions, so expedient and careful examination of your goods is critical.

Exceptions apply: NO PO/APO boxes, and if you are shipping to an island or difficult to deliver address we encourage you to call or write first.
We reserve the right to refuse shipping to areas that result in an excess of allowable shipping expense.
Shipping of equipment begins after payment fully processed. Bikes are shipped from California. Accessories are shipped from warehouses all across the US.
Bikes usually arrive in 6-12 business days. Overland freight via pallets is our preferred method of shipment which reduces per bike price.
Accessories- Usually arrives in 3-6 business days. UPS Ground is our preferred carrier.
Rush Orders- If you are in a hurry, please let us know and we’ll advise you on the quickest payment turnarounds and shipping choices to streamline your process. For rush shipping additional charges apply.
US- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, non-contiguous US or Remote Addresses
See international shipping below for information on how to ship to these areas. For our regular shipping we do not serve Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, islands, remote addresses outside normal shipping rates, military and air force bases, and PO boxes. Some addresses will allow you to check out in our shopping cart, but in fact have an extra shipping fee that needs to be quoted due to the unusual nature of your address. We cannot foresee all possible shipping exceptions but you may write to find out your rate if you think your address might be excluded. [email protected]
For wholesale orders outside the contiguous US, we are happy to ship to an east or west coast contiguous US located freight forwarder for you. You would then assume ownership and shipping responsibility to your destination. For example we have many clients in Canada, Australia, and the Caribbean. We would ship to a freight forwarder in Washington, California, or Florida then your forwarder will send the bikes to your country. Simply check google for freight forwarder US to __(your city)__. They will need some info from you like your address, and our pallet specs. A typical pallet of 15 bikes is 55″ x 55″ x 93″, weighs 900 pounds, and is sent class 150.
We know you’re eager to find out when your equipment will arrive. Within 48 hours after your order is picked up by the carrier from our warehouse you’ll receive an email from us including a tracking number. Tracking typically works after 10pm on the day we send it to you. To track your shipment visit www.FedEx.com and enter the tracking number. It’s a long number so cutting and pasting into the FedEx site works best to avoid typos. If you ordered a larger quantity your bikes may be arriving via overland trucking, and that information will also be sent via a tracking number email, but with a different carrier name and email address for updates.

Forms of Payment
Orders under $5000- We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Paypal via our secure business class Paypal processing relationship for orders up to $5000 w/ a 3% processing fee. All product purchases will appear as “Great Gear Delivered, Inc” on your credit card or bank statement. You may also request payment by check for orders of any size. Equipment is shipped upon clearance of payment as noted below.
Orders over $5000- Upon approval of invoice, wire transfer should be initiated, or overnight delivery of a cashier’s, corporate, or personal check to our offices. Equipment is shipped upon clearance of payment. Clearance is typically 24 hours for wire transfer, 3 days for cashier’s check, 7 days for corporate check, and 10 days for personal check after deposit.
An order confirmation/receipt will be emailed to you following the completion of your order.
Your submission of your order is your agreement to purchase. Your opportunity to cancel your order occurs during checkout when you give final approval for your purchase and allow your credit card to be charged. We are an instant processor and order fulfillment happens immediately. Bikes and color choices are held in the order received. Due to limited inventory, high demand, and fast turnaround time, orders are fulfilled as specified on your payment receipt or invoice.
IMPORTANT- NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES PERMITTED
Wholesale / Quantity / International / Non-contiguous US
There are NO Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges, or Credits of any kind permitted for wholesale and/or International or non-contiguous US purchases. Inventory is kept in tightly controlled quantities which your order removes from the market at a discounted price, equipment is heavy and easily damaged with dual transport, and shipping is expensive so wholesale orders are final sale.
WARRANTY & DAMAGE CLAIMS
In the rare occurrence of delivery damage, or manufacturer defect, your purchase is covered by manufacturer’s warranties, and damage claim assistance.
